How do I report a problem with my order?

What if an order gets lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to me no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries--I'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
I may ask for your help before doing that, however, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. I also recommend contacting the shipping carrier first, to see if the lost order can be located.
If the carrier’s tracking information states an order was delivered but you didn’t receive it or you refused delivery, any replacements would be at your expense.
What if the product is damaged in the mail, misprinted, or defective?
If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, notify me here. I'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you, though I may ask you to send me photos and you must notify me within 10 days after you receive your product. This allows me time to work with my supplier to exchange the item for a replacement.
How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after you receive the product.
